Privacy Policy

The short version
Perpetone collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in and no analytics. The app contains no networking code at all beyond what Apple's own StoreKit uses to process a purchase. Every sound is generated mathematically on your iPhone as it plays.
What stays on your device
Your mixes, saved presets and settings are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. They are never uploaded, and we have no way to read them.
There is no server. Deleting the app deletes everything it ever stored.
What we collect
No personal information whatsoever. No name, no email address, no device identifier, no advertising ID, no usage analytics, no crash telemetry. We do not use third-party SDKs of any kind.
Purchases
If you buy Perpetone Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details, no name and no email address — only an anonymous signal from Apple's servers telling the app whether a purchase is currently active.
Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.
Audio and the microphone
All sound is synthesised on your device as it plays. Perpetone contains no audio recordings and ships with no audio files. It never uses the microphone and does not request microphone permission.
Children
Perpetone collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it and the revised version will be published on this page.
